That asked us to leave our name and number and they would call us when it was ready. So, we went out and did our thing and came back at 1:30 in the morning. I never received a call and when we got back they said all the rooms are booked. So I didn’t even get to stay there, I had to find another place at 2:00 in the morning…"

"The staff was helpful and the room and bathroom were clean but the safe didnt work and even though i reported they claimed they couldnt fix it. So i was forced to carry my valuable items.with me :("

"Parking was safe and easy. Breakfast was delicious, but it was hard to really get enjoy the atmosphere because it was freezing cold in the lobby/lounge area where the bar and restaurant are located. Many guests complained and we were told that it was because of the dampness outside and then we were told it was because of the pool which is located right next to the bar area. This issue interfered with our ability to socialize with our family and friends the entire weekend. Therefore we won’t be having our annual Spring gathering there next year. In the service industry the customer is always right in most cases and when you receive multiple complaints about the same issue it should be addressed immediately, not brushed aside with different excuses."
