「We have been to many hotels, but have never been so welcomed! We got a tour of the beautiful property, the room and genuinely felt they were excited to have us.
We took advantage of the lovely outdoor seating areas, soaking in the ambience. The room was clean & comfortable, and met our needs.
Breakfast was amazing! The best scrambled egss I have ever had.

「1. good location facing grand piazza. easy walk access from the La Spezia station and to the city center with good restaurants and shops.
2. historical building but tidy and comfortable room with city view.
3. best choice for the excursion to 5terre and Portovenere area if you stay 1night here.
