To start communication was prompt and comprehensive. This out of the way hotel with its own private garden is far from the sounds of the city center and just a 2 minute walk from shops and dining. The room was clean and well laid out and the service was first rate. I was concerned about not having cell coverage to connect to their system, however it was not an issue. The staff are welcoming and extremely helpful

Wow. Amazing. Beautiful. I can't say enough great things about this hotel/ bed and breakfast and the wonderful people who run it. A converted mansion with just a few rooms, it was amazing. Beautiful garden with a fountain, roses, an aviary. House and garden is filled with artwork. It was more like staying at a mansion or a museum than a hotel. The room was large and comfortable. We had an amazing view of the water. The online pictures were very accurate. We had large glass doors opening out to a beautiful view and we left them open all night to enjoy the fresh air. The complimentary breakfast was quite good with a diverse menu. I would enjoy staying here again!

We had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect. The view was picturesque, and the breakfast was superb.
I was worried after I booked; I saw some bad reviews on this place that it was a scam. It is NOT a scam; you need to be smart and read your emails. Check-in is contactless, but it is all laid out in a welcome letter by email and worked flawlessly. The staff was super responsive to WhatsApp texts, and we had a fantastic trip.
I will definitely stay with them again. And encourage the same....

There was a beautiful welcome basket of fruit, breakfast items (eggs, cereal, breads, cookies) bottles of water and 🍾 in the refrigerator. Very well received by all. It made it easy to not have to sesrch for breakfast each morning.
