「As this is a renovated old building, there were some concerns about the facilities, but the balcony facing the square was very open. The square in front of the hotel is the tram stop and the metro station is nearby, and there is no shortage of food and shopping, making it the perfect location for sightseeing in the city. The staff were also kind and helpful in many ways.」
「We stayed five nights, and felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Very closed to the subway station and located in a perfect place for sightseeing, but not noisy and busy atmosphere. Breakfast was also great.
On the last night we told the clerk we would miss the breakfast tomorrow to catch the train to Porto early morning, and she offered something to drink. Next morning the fresh orange juice was prepared for us. Very warm treat!!! 」
「In Chiado on a side street just a short walk to the water and sights. For me perfectly located for a self guided walking tour from the castle to green street!. But for those out of shape , with disability or with a stroller its a hike up the hill. The hotel is charming and the rooms very clean and well-appointed with a very nice kitchen setup plus a washer. Enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to stay again!」

「If there was an option for 10 stars I would have chosen that! We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had the absolute best time! We arrived, room was ready given it was lunch time we decided to have a bite in the restaurant! OMG gorgeous! The food was served in a beautiful light filled room with gorgeous design and delicious food. They make a tiramisu in front of you! Needless to say we ate there several times!
