"The staff was wonderful....they even called one morning to check on us because we hadn't come down for our scheduled breakfast time, and they left one table set for us and waited until we came down to eat. The room was a good size compared to other Portugal hotels we stayed in, the location was very convenient to everything, and we had a great view of the Duoro! We would definitely stay there again!"

"One of the most welcoming hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff are attentive and very friendly. The hotel is also extremely generous – free and unlimited bottles of water (still and sparking) and soft drinks, free snacks all day round, free walking tour everyday, and free wine tastings every day. The room is also very nice and sound proof. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I come back to Lisbon!"
"Premium rooms were well equipped and modern. The Breakfast options were the best I’ve had in an European hotel. Lovely quiet spa. Gym was well equipped. I found it slightly far to walk to most of the attractions and used Uber. The roof top pool area was crowded and loud when I stayed. We struggled to get a bed. Service in reception and dining areas was excellent. Housekeeping could have been better. Overall a pleasant stay and I would go there again. "
