"Unfortunately there was work going on at the time of our stay which made the reception area quite noisy. The staff were brilliant though and brought us all a little drink. Also the noise you;d not be heard at all once we were in our room. Views of Tower Bridge from the restaurant were amazing. Would definitely stay again."

"This hotel is very conveniently located near the Tower Hill Tube station and walking distance from the Tower of London and many other sites (Tower Bridge, London Bridge, etc.). The staff were very helpful and welcoming.The hotel itself is very unique and Modern in design with plenty of spaces to hangout/r lax outside your hotel room. I was a bit concerned that the hotel room may be a bit too tight however was not the case perfect size with the largest hotel bed I think I've ever slept in. The room was clean the lighting in the room was a nice surprise feature that one would enjoyed a lot more than you think. Overall fantastic stay and would not hesitate to book a room here again!"

"We stayed for one night as a vacation splurge and were greeted warmly by Jessica who met all our needs. We stayed at a Premier View room with a view of Tower Bridge from our bathroom on southern Londob thanks to it being a corner room. Our Expedia Gold gave us either a complimentary breakfast at Ting or room service. We chose the latter and had excellent service to our room. The sauna and pool need to be reserved and are definitely worth it. We made memories for a lifetime and will never forget this experience."
