We were given a good room. Clean and a good standard. Quiet area. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Only comment would be the noise of the aircon/heating during the night, but this was our fault for not being able to figure out how to turn it off!

We checked in and the staff were lovely , super quick and very informative. Room , though small , was perfect ( bathroom door needs some attention though as a little water damaged ) , shower adequate. Breakfast was wonderful , our room rate included b'fast , and we had a cooked to order full english and buffet cold selection. nice touch was the drinks vouchers for husbands birthday . lovely location , close to Tower hill tube. overall a wonderful stay, thankyou

Great location to visit Tower of London

We had a lovely 2 night stay here, well located to visit the Tower of London and St Paul's Cathedral. Recommend a city view room. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and eager to help, this continued thought our stay. Hotel is very nice throughout and very comfortable room.

The room was spacious and the bed very comfy. Bizarrely though the TV didn't face the bed so you either moved the chest of drawers it was stood on or sat at the dressing table to watch it. Heating was effic enough although I wouldn't want to be in the same room in deepest winter as it had double aspect windows and I couldn't get the temperature above 21c.
