「It was a clean room, ice machine was good.」

「Breakfast selections were very limited. Desk help was very aloof. The room was dusty, bathroom towels clean but stained badly. The lights did not work at entry to room. TV remote did not work. I would not stay at this place again. Parking though lots of slots, we had to park at back of building and walk around to the front as entry way has no drive through area. 」

「We waited a while to check in as the front desk was on two phone calls. We booked a King room through Expedia but she gave us two doubles instead even after I showed her my confirmation. The rooms were actually clean and ours was updated so that was a plus. The front lobby furniture looked like it was from Grandma's living room. If you want just a quick place to lay your head this is for your but don't look for anything else. 」

「The room was clean & comfortable. Front desk staff, Drew was rude & unprofessional. I did speak with management & she said that she would deal with it. All the other staff members were courteous & helpful. My only other issue was housekeeping arrived at my door at 10:05am on the check out day. Check out time is 11am.」
