The hosts were amazing, fresh breakfast made each morning and lots of options. Room was clean and everything I needed. Shared bathroom was barely noticed except for the fact that it was downstairs.

It is a wonderful place. The surroundings are beautiful and very peaceful. The hosts are very special people. The breakfast was homemade and delicious. They are so accommodating.

I'd come back in a heartbeat!

The hosts were earnest and charming. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. The location was bucolic, and only a few miles from my meetings.

This B&B is in the country but less than a half hour to Clare where many options for dinner and entertainment are found. The home itself is very clean and the hosts are quite likeable. The breakfast was delicious including home made bread and jam and lemon curd of all things! Potatoes, bacon, eggs - and great conversation with the hosts. Thanks for your hospitality Bill & Barb!

Nice visit in the country!

Jessica was very accommodating and friendly at this bed and breakfast. Great cook as well! Everything was made from scratch.

Jess was absolutely fantastic! She has such a warm and friendly personality, and the breakfast she prepared was simply delicious. I only wish I could have stayed longer! The home and property are gorgeous, and my room had the most amazing view. Plus, the bed was incredibly cozy.

Absolutely loved our stay at Sweetfern INN. The owners are the nicest hosts you could ask for. We were last minute online bookers, so kinda popped in unexpectedly, but they welcomed us and quickly got our room ready for us. We sat and chit chatted for a bit upon arrival and discovered my husband went to school with some of their family. Our room was clean and comfortable. Drinks and snacks were provided in room as well as a small dining area across the hall which included a microwave, small fridge, and coffee pot. The bathroom clean and spacious. Breakfast was made shortly after we woke… homemade sourdough pancakes, fresh fruit and bacon with choice of drinks. We sat in the kitchen and talked with the owners while they prepared breakfast then the four of us sat for a family styled breakfast. Absolutely loved the feel of a family style breakfast and conversation. We will definitely stay again when in the area. Highly recommend the Sweetfern Inn. PS thank you for the recommendation of the Anderson and Girls Orchards. We loved it. Truly was not expecting the small zoo feel of it! We love visiting zoos and this was a fun addition to our anniversary weekend!

I absolutely love this bed & breakfast. I cant say enough of the hosts, Barb, Bill, & Jerry! What a treat they are and I have found new friends! The house is immaculate and they let you have your private time, and they also welcome you for a nice conversation. I will definitely be back next time I am in Clare!
