「I was a little hesitant since I didn’t see any reviews, and was bit nervous. However, all that was put to rest when we arrived. Everything was as described and the photos were accurate. It was clean and minimalistic. Nice space for two for a week. Having the full kitchen was great. About 15 min walk to the brown line and 25 to the blue Line and not a lot of restaurants close by is about the only complaint. Bed could have been more comfortable too.」

「The apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay! The neighborhood was safe and clean, access to food an entertainment couldn’t have been easier. Check in was a breeze and the communication with the host was top notch, any questions were answered immediately and the process was so easy. I took my daughter to Chicago for a concert and the host even gave us ear plugs!!!! That small gesture meant more than anything, great attention to detail!」

"I booked a room with a view, but it was facing north and the neighboring building blocked the scenery, so I couldn’t enjoy the view. It would have been helpful if there had been a description, such as “facing the road,” in advance. I also doubted whether the room was properly cleaned. In the bathroom, a piece of toilet paper had fallen on the floor, but it remained there for four days. "

"街中にあるので動きやすかったです。ホテル周辺はレストランも多く、夜も賑やかですが、ホテルの部屋に入ると静かなので問題なかったです。無料で洗濯もできたので(洗剤は別に必要)長旅中助かりました。"

"リバービュールームにて眺めは最高でした。室内も広く快適、バスルームのシャワーの湯量も十分。ドライヤーも強力ですぐ乾きました。ルームキーを使用してのエレベーター利用にてセキュリティも良かったです。ただ一つ残念なのはホテルの外が毎晩23時〜24時に爆音音楽でうるさくなったこと(ホテルの責任ではないでしょうが…)。"
