The staff were friendly. Check in and out without any issues. I was not told about a Hot Tub even though it was listed to have one. I would have definitely used. Room was clean but no tea was left for the second morning in the basket of coffee for drinks

The room was beautiful. The special security features, such as swiping room card to use elevator, were top notch. The Breakfast Buffet was phenomenal, filling, and provided a wonderful start to the day. The staff were friendly, accomodating, helpful, knowledgeable. Exceptional service was provided in the breakfast room and at the bar area. I highly recommend your eatablishment

Second time staying here for a quick city get away and again, no complaints and will be back.

Spacious suite, centrally located, just what we were looking for.

The check in process was very painful. We did not receive any instructions UNTIL after we showed up to the property and still had to wait over 40 mins, before we got our keys. This was after I had email, called and the security guard called Global Stay. The apartment /bed was clean, but there were smudge handprints on the wall, boards on the floor that were cracked, and toilet paper holder is coming off wall. I asked for late check out (12pm) it was my understanding I had it, but the cleaning team opened the door at 11am. No knock first either. They did leave, but we felt rushed and left at 1130am. Location was great, close to the events we were visiting in Toronto.
