"I was really impressed with the service from check-in to check-out. The rooms were spacious, clean & cozy. Pillow & beds were very comfortable. You do not hear any noise coming from the other rooms or hallway. Our hotel maid made sure we had everything & went out and beyond to get what we needed. The best part of our stay, we were upgraded to have a view of the waterfalls. The one thing I would recommend is changing the sofa bed to a more cozy one so that guests don’t feel the springs. But overallI with all honesty I don’t have anything to complain, service was impeccable & that’s what makes it a very enjoyable stay. Thank you to all the staff!! We will stay here again no doubt 🙂"

"We had a great couple of nights there. The breakfast buffet that is included is wonderful and gets your day going. My daughter says she has never had such good coffee. The staff was very friendly. The pool is a little smaller than what the pictures seem to show, but it worked out fine for swimming in anyways."
