"Clean. Helpful staff. Plentiful breakfast. If you are traveling from the states, be sure to read the fine print. I was confused about the $20 parking fee, but went back and read that it was clearly stated. At another hotel I stayed at in Sudbury, I saw that there was not a fee for parking, but there is for breakfast. A bit of a culture shock. "

They made us aware of things we were able to get from within the hotel itself that I had no idea came with the room! Will definitely come again! Highly recommended! Thank you "

" One of the best hotels in Niagara. Make sure you get Fallsview room to have a amazing view of Niagara Falls and the sky-wheel. Room was super clean with Nespresso coffee machine. The hotel is connected to Casino and the other nearby hotels so that you can walk inside and go for food and restaurants. This is the one of the best feature I find specially in winter season. Must visit place."
