「The unit was clean and attractively arranged, but the check-in process was exhausting. The smart lock on the unit door did not work, and requesting new codes through the app did not solve the problem. I had to go back and forth with the host before eventually obtaining a backup physical key. The nearby parking-access door was also malfunctioning that day. In addition, a person experiencing homelessness had set up camp beside the garage entrance, which made each trip to and from the car...

「All of the apartment was clean, well -appointed, and very comfortable. Shower had good water pressure and plenty of outlets. Parking was so nice to have and many choices for restaurants nearby.」
