「We had an excellent stay at Meroddi Beyoğlu Residence during our family holiday in Istanbul. Getting there was extremely convenient, as the Havaist bus stopped at Piyalepaşa, directly in front of the residence. We received a warm welcome with a refreshing cold drink. 「Clean room and big room」

「Out of all the hotel staff I’ve met during my travels, he was by far the kindest. Despite the rain and the early morning hour, he still came out with an umbrella and walked with us—honestly, it felt like a savior had appeared in that moment. From before the trip, throughout our stay, and even after we checked out, he went above and beyond to help us with every little detail. 「This was without a doubt the worst hotel experience of my entire life. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I paid for a luxury apartment, but what we received was the complete opposite — a very poor, dirty and badly maintained room that was nowhere near the standard we had paid for. The worst part was that we found bed bugs in the room. We were moved to another room, but the replacement room was also extremely poor, dirty and far below the standard we had booked and paid for....

「ホテル表示がなく、お迎えの車で無かったら、見つけられなかったかも。 観光地に歩いて行け、お店も近くにたくさんあります。 室内も綺麗でした、キッチンがあったけれどコンロもレンジもないので、結局お湯を沸かすだけでした。なくても良かったです。 朝ごはんも色々あり、充分でした。 ホテルの人も皆親切で、空港からのお迎えも、待ち合わせ場所の写真を送ってくれて、43€でお願いでき、帰る時は500トルコリラで手配してくれました。」
