"This is a fairly new hotel and it is working out the 'new procedures' and doing quite well. Our room had a glitch in the air-conditioning system that the staff worked diligently to fix. They offered a different room but eventually came up with an acceptable solution. It's location 15 minutes from the airport and the shuttle service availability was a plus. Nearby were several dining options as well as 'quick shops for those just in case needs. I would stay here again!"

"Our only comment that can add to info gatherers is that while it is located close to all the main attractions as described, Istanbul is a hilly city; if you have difficulty walking, the uphill to the nearest tram station can be a challenge. Walking on a flat terrain to the Blue Mosque, etc, can take 18 mins or so. Otherwise, all reviews from other travellers are accurate."

"We arrived in the early hours of the morning and they kindly arranged transport for us to get to the accommodation stress free. It’s a 15 minute walk into the town which is lively and plenty of shops and restaurants . The hotel staff were lovely and very friendly . The rooms have a living area with modern facilities, the beds are comfortable."

"Breakfast was okay. Room cleanliness wasn’t too bad but for a new build hotel looked like being built long time ago . Some staff wasn’t friendly . Before I booked the accommodation I contacted by telephone and been told that was a free transport from hotel to the nearest station but it wasn’t true and it was far away from everywhere to get to. Ended up paying taxi fees which was very expensive"

"The hotel is about 15-20 minutes ride from the airport, the taxi charged me about 50 dollars. I still do not know why it was so high as i paid the same amount of money for 45 minutes ride from downtown to the airport. Hotel was good, with a lot of selections for breakfast. I recommend the hotel for travelers needing to catch connection the next day etc. Restaurant for dinner was also good."

"An unexpected upgrade was a delight. The room was amazing. Wall length desk. Couch and chairs. Refrigerator. Large video screen. Jacuzzi!! Walk in shower. Temperature control kept the room at selected ambiance by Bluetooth! Tech was great. Had dinner and was impressed with the kind service. No wine, so we went across the street to a beat western restaurant. They arranged transfer from airport and back again. Nice!"

"This is an excellent hotel. It is clean and beautiful. The staff are excellent at their jobs and were very kind and hospitable to me. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. The neighborhood is really interesting as well. There is a beautiful masjid one or two blocks from the hotel, as well as a nice shopping mall nearby. There are lots of restaurants to choose from; however, I recommend the restaurant in the hotel. The adana dürüm and the kahvalti were very delicious. Turkish cuisine is fantastic and this hotel does it very well."

"Great Hotel, nice a clean...the elevators felt a bit sketchy, not smooth. Staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Cafe in the Lobby had nice selection and quality. We would stay here again. (party of 6 adults in 1x quad room & 1x standard room, over-night layover)."

"This hotel provided an excellent service. We got picked up when our plane arrived and dropped off when we were leaving Turkey. I was able to stay connected with the hotel staff via WhatsApp, they responded promptly to every message of mine. We were offered a wonderful opportunity to go to Hagia Sophia by using the hotel shuttle service for 100 euro which covered the round trip. The staff was super helpful, offering us complimentary bottles of water. The room was clean, they provided everything we needed. Breakfast was good. There was an issue with our second day breakfast, but they quickly changed my plate. Huge thank-you to everyone who works there and makes guests' experience so wonderful!"
