"The picture at the time of reservation was deceiving, the property only shows rooms with ocean view; which was the reason for the reservation. Our view was to the parking lot. The keurig coffee maker was broken. The closest restaurant or bar is half a mile away, not bad, but other places have bars downstairs."

"The bathroom was poorly maintained, the sink was clogged, and the noise was very annoying. The terrace was right above the tiki bar, and the breakfast service included items different from what I ordered. They gave room keys to other people who entered while we were resting, which was a big mistake."

"Our stay at the hotel was excellent. Everything was very clean, tidy, and recently remodeled. Our room was very nice, clean, and had a full kitchen. All rooms have an ocean view. The pool was quite large and very clean. Breakfast and parking are complimentary. The staff are very nice and friendly. I rate this hotel a 100/10."

"We were very pleased with our stay. Off season so the value was great and the location is top level. We’ve been to Ft Myers beach many times but always stayed off the island. This location is a short walk from everything and room 306 has a panoramic view of the Gulf and sunset too. Booked through Expedia. Check in: They were ready. Very fast. Offered island info/recommendations. On site parking included- big value add as parking can be hard to find and $20-35. We were able to park before check in time and wander (to an bar) and received a text when the room was ready. Pool is warm and clean. Room was great for what we wanted. Small, but well appointed…who stays INSIDE anyway. We would definitely stay again."
