I was traveling with my elderly mother with mobility issues so this was a great choice for our flight with virgin airlines as the hotel is just steps away. I booked a family room with accessible bathroom. It was perfect, except for having no windows. The room features a kettle with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, etc. and free bottles of water. Heathrow assistance came to the hotel and help transfer us to check-in and throughout the airport to our gate. The hotel was not inexpensive, but worth every penny just for this service.

I had no idea there was a spa! The room itself was clean, except the sheets were very stained. There was a kettle & cups but nothing to put in them. Very noisy street, made it hard to sleep. The water was nice and hot though.

There was a very nice person at the front desk for check in and who also helped to try and find the heater switch. Room was so very small and the bed placed right by the wall and window. Could not tuck in the duvet and it kept falling off. Radiator not accessible, staff tried to help but fortunately it got warmer so did not need it the second day. Underground station is very close and there is a wide diverse variety of restaurants close to the hotel Can hear the underground trains from the room, but not too bothersome. Creaky stairs outside my room I think too expensive for this size room and I am sure the larger rooms are more comfortable

Fantastic chic hotel. Lovely room with everything needed. Friendly staff, super breakfast and perfect location near Hyde Park, Harrods and underground.
