The level of hospitality truly exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-designed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—close to transportation, shops, and great restaurants, which made getting around very easy. We especially appreciated how organized and efficient everything was, from check-in to check-out. The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and luxurious. "Excellent location right on the bus line. Close to Wakayama Station and right across the street from the castle. Pay for a room on the castle side. It is worth it for the beautiful view. The rooms are very spacious, service is excellent, the entire property is well maintained and spotless. Even the self-serve laundry is great!"
