"For the record, I do not usually leave a review. But...I need to do this! The kindness, and compassion of the desk staff was second to none! Very understanding and accommodating. It has been many years since I have experienced customer service/relations like this. They did everything they could to accommodate our situation, and made our stay very memorable. The hotel itself was every so clean. The room was amazing. The room service was great! All of the staff we encountered were five star. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your next stay. My granddaughters absolutely loved the pool. The deck off of our room (2nd floor) that overlooked the pool was pretty cool too!"
