「Staff was great!! Very clean! Loved the spa 」

「Old world Charm!! We stayed here for New Year’s with three families and had such a great experience. The location is incredibly convenient—close to everything. We went tubing during the day and came back to so many fun activities for the kids, including the indoor pool and a fantastic New Year’s party. The staff truly made our stay special. Brian at the front desk went out of his way to help one of our friends who booked later than the rest of us stay in the main hotel rather than being placed...

「wonderful. even I felt like am in a magical forest too bad the wand kind off expensive it would be nice to experience it. there was a Round the clock activities in the lobby for the kids to enjoy. Never knew there were golf and bowling in the 1st floor don't missed that. 」

「Staff was good, directions to buildings could have been better and put on the property map as it is confusing. Room was very clean but in need of some updates: 1. bedroom wall under TV had a ton of scuff marks 2. Ceiling tiles in bathroom had water damage and could have been replaced 3. (1) wash cloth for (2) people for a (2) night stay (could have used a few more towels) 4. Could have used a box of tissues in the room and an extra bar of soap the soap was so small it barley lasted for hand...
