"The property was okay; the pictures are dated and the rooftop area was misrepresented (it is not as big - we had to fight for seats). Our shower also had mold in the top left corner, which was a bit concerning. The service was just okay; you had to constantly flag someone down for service and could not pay with large bills. The property also misrepresented the “shuttle service to the airport” - it is advertised as a free amenity that comes with staying at the property (it is the only reason we booked this hotel), but we were told you had to pay 15QUE PER PERSON (not trip). We ended up getting an uber for 10QUE for all 4 of us. "

"Everything was great very friendly staff only the parking in the basement of the hotel is very very tiny very hard to drive."

"The floor boards where peeling of, also could not test at night due to the elevator made a weird noise , so loud i could hear it from my room all day long. Also sounded like construction inside the building, construction at a neighboring building didnt help either till 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning."

"The area was great. Walkable to many places to eat, shop and go to the airport. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing we did not like was the AC in the room. No matter how much we tried it wouldn’t turn on and the buttons were not helpful either."

"Me robaron el pasaporte de mi hermana con dinero adentro, estoy completamente decepcionada. Menos mal aún tiene su documento de identidad de Nicaragua para poder regresar. Cuando fuimos a reportarlo a recepción dijimos que sólo fue el pasaporte para darles el chance que lo regresarán pero no lo hicieron . Desde el inicio todo fue mal"

"It is a boutique hotel with comfortable beds, good AC and a great breakfast. The rooms are small but comfortable and the hotel is well run and in a good location. The staff are very helpful and the 24 hour front desk ensured that I got to the airport at 3:30AM. I'll stay there again. "
