"I stayed at Hotel Las Americas, and while the hotel is clean and conveniently located near the airport, my overall experience was mixed. One issue was the bathroom—each time I showered, water leaked out and created a puddle on the floor, which was inconvenient and felt unsafe. Service was also inconsistent. When I requested additional bottled water, I was asked if I had already used the water provided in the room, which felt uncomfortable. I also requested an extra coffee packet for the in-room coffee maker and was told only one is allowed per day, which seemed unnecessarily restrictive. Additionally, I left an item in the room for my sibling to pick up, but when he arrived it was missing. He had to report it, and staff eventually retrieved it, which was concerning. The shuttle service is another downside—$10 for a ride of about five minutes felt very expensive. Overall, the hotel has good basics, but improvements in maintenance, service flexibility, and pricing transparency would make a big difference."

"The property is beautiful, amenities are nice. $44 USD for a dinner buffet is excessive. The live entertainment was great for a Tuesday evening. The only downside to this property is the carpet and television: both could use an upgrade. In 2026, I should be able to use streaming services and screen cast from my mobile device. "

Since we had a very early departure, the hotel prepared a breakfast box for us in advance, which we really appreciated. Excellent service all around. "

"The hotel was just as nice as its larger neighbors. The only thing lacking was an explanation as to where the restaurant and bar was. It was not obvious and there was no signage. I noticed some other guests going down the hall and followed them, otherwise I would never have found it."

"Awesome stay. Room was very clean and loved the balcony with all the plants overseeing the city. Also, nice touch will beautiful murals of local children who benefits from guests staying at the property. Location- Perfect. Walking distance from plenty off food options- try the Shucos from Shucos Los Mismos. Cool whiskey bar near by and conveniently a La Torre Supermarket for your grocery or personal hygiene needs. Gym/ Dumbbells up to 50lbs and a bench with some cardio machines. Enough for a good workout. Nice views of the city. Restaurant- didn’t try the food but nice ambience. "
