"Front desk staff was rude. They didn’t explain anything. Does this facility offer breakfast? Does it have a gym? Where is my room located? No idea, didn’t take the time to explain anything. The bell hops were amazing & super helpful. The room had no mini fridge. The layout of the hotel was very confusing. "

We only got to tried Zeffer’s Café, the breakfast was excellent. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. "

"I wouldn't stay there again. The staff were nice though. Its definitely a budget hotel. You dont get body wash, lotion or any high quality towels. You get bar soap and a shampoo/conditioner dispenser. There is a first for everything. If you dont care about the fancier stuff that comes with certain hotels and have a very strict budget then book it. However, you get what you pay for."

"Tuve una experiencia excelente en este hotel, ¡me encantó todo! Desde el primer momento, el ambiente fue muy agradable y las instalaciones estaban en óptimas condiciones. La habitación estaba impecable, muy cómoda y bien equipada, con una vista espectacular hacia la rueda (High Roller), lo cual hizo la estadía aún más especial. Algo que realmente valoré fue la tranquilidad: no se escuchaban ruidos de otros cuartos ni del exterior, lo que permitió descansar perfectamente. Aunque no utilicé el servicio de limpieza durante mi estadía, todo se mantuvo en excelentes condiciones. Las amenidades del hotel y las opciones de comida disponibles fueron muy buenas y convenientes. Sin duda, es un lugar al que regresaría y que recomendaría a cualquiera que esté buscando comodidad, buena ubicación y una experiencia agradable en Las Vegas."
