"Good location right off the freeway. But staff was slower than snails. I stood in line for 25 minutes trying to get checked in. The rooms were ok, but the pillows were really bad. And the room had maybe 6 pillows, but every one of them was a clone of the other. Hard and stiff. Gave me a very poor sleep."

"My biggest concern was that we were put on the 4th floor. Yes there was an elevator but we had to walk about a 1/4 of the hall to get to it and if there had been an emergency where we couldn't use the elevator, we would have had a problem as my wife has to use a walker to get around."

"The property was nice overall. Clean, and modern looking. Hot Tub was unavailable the first day I tried to use it, but was fixed later. I was put in a Hearing assist room for whatever reason I'm not sure. There were flashing lights all night long which made it hard for me to sleep. My biggest problem was at check in. I requested a room like the the picture I booked on expedia. I was told that this was an upgrade & since I booked on expedia, and I'm only a Marriott Silver Elite member I was not entitled to an upgrade or even a complimentary bottle of water. This was explained to me by the Assistant Manager after the Receptionist was not able to upgrade me. The Assistant manager was rude, and condesending. I definitely did not feel welcomed or valued as a Marriott Bonvoy member for 45+ years. I will not come back to this property even though it was nice and very well located."

"The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family of four. The beds were comfortable, and the room provided plenty of space for luggage and moving around without feeling cramped. The bathroom was a standard size for a Holiday Inn Express and was well-stocked with essential amenities, including towels, a hair dryer, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The complimentary breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a wide variety of food and drink options, including eggs, breakfast meats, yogurt, cereal, pastries, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, coffee, and juice. The breakfast area was clean and well-maintained, and there were enough choices to accommodate different preferences. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and found the hotel to be a comfortable and convenient option for visiting the Orem/Provo area."
