「This hotel smells like urine mixed with cigarettes. We arrived late at night exhausted otherwise we would not have stayed. The flooring has been updated but the rest of the room is extremely dated (feels like the 1980s) and there are no amenities in the room besides a single bar of soap. 「This basement apartment is amazing. The view from the front door looked out on the beautiful mountains. The apartment had everything I needed to stay comfortably. It is centrally located to Orem, Lehi, Provo and many surrounding areas. The hosts are awesome. They were very accommodating to anything I needed. It was a great place to stay.」

The back room was renovated in the last 15 years though and the shower was nice. There was a new tv and ac in the room. The room’s fridge was from the 1980’s. 「When we passed the motel, we almost didn't turn around. But we wanted to stay at a locally owned motel so we did. The exterior could definitely use some love. The office was terrible. The gentleman in the office was nice. The doors are updated with codes to enter. The room was very clean, which is the only reason we stayed. The bedding was dated but clean. Towels were large and soft. The bedding wasn't as soft as I prefer, but after a long day of travel, it was fine.」
