サンセット ハイツ ホテル

「Not many exit escape routes in case of an emergency.」

「I was not satisfied because online it said everyday cleaning room but on the paper they give you on the hotel with the keys it says everyday other day they told me after I came back from my sons soccer and my surprise no toilet paper all the trash at the door and no towels so I have to go ask at the front desk and that’s when they told me is every other day !」

「Property was not as clean or well maintained as other comfort inn hotels. Breakfast was not as good as others either. Bed and sheets were excellent.」

「Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast selection and A/C worked fine.」

「wonderful」

「I will try to find another hotel next time.」

「I recently stayed and the Hyatt House while on business in the area. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The amenities and complimentary breakfast were excellent. I will absolutely choose to stay at the Hyatt House in the future.」

「朝食込みで予約して、支払い済みなのに、朝食の時にスタッフから露骨にチップを要求され、嫌な思いをしました。 街中なので、歩き回るにはとても便利なロケーション、部屋も清潔ですっきりしていました。」

「Good for stay with dogs」

「Breakfast was a little interesting, crowded not set up very well. Ended up going and eating somewhere else. But loved everything else about it. Location was great right off the freeway gas stations, and other things very close.」

「The only complaint I have is the guy who worked the breakfast having his daughter running up and down around the tables. He did nothing to stop it」

「The room was very comfortable. The only disappointing thing is that the homepage The front desk clerk said there was a regional shuttle (up to 16 miles) but it wasn't available on Saturdays. If Saturday is not available, it would be kind of you to write so.」

「Staff was very friendly and very helpful, beautiful property」
