「Amazing place. Great pools and hot tubs. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable.」

「We did not realize that this room was independently owned and not actually owned by the hotel. We could communicate with the owners through text or phone but text was listed as the preferred communication form. Owners did take awhile to respond which was frustrating when trying to request a late checkout. Other small things were left out of the room such as a box of tissues and no liner for the ice bucket. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and the bathroom sink didn't work. Seeing as...

「The room was clean, had recently been updated, and offered a great experience. I've stayed in a regular room at the hotel, and this was a significant upgrade, with better beds, a bathroom, and lounge chairs.」

「The only 2 things I wished it had was a mini fridge and microwave. With no food options convenient near by, we had leftovers and couldn't heat them up after hours. Or anywhere to store cold drinks and food. Other then that love the Zurmatt 」
