「I will try to find another hotel next time.」

「Stay here! What a fun, unique and thoughtfully constructed bed and breakfast. In the heart of downtown Provo it is a great place to make your home base. Comfortable king bed with a room and house full of quirky and fun discoveries. Continental breakfast works well and was always out in the kitchen. Ideal for couples or single travelers.」

「Good 」

「Our room was completely disgusting. Stains all over the carpet, empty beer bottles in the hallway, and we’re not sure what was in the bathtub and bathroom floor. When we left the property and asked for a refund, the front desk staff told us to go through Expedia and that the hotel would issue the refund. The hotel later denied the refund. The price might be cheaper than other hotels in the area, but not worth it!!」

「It was the most worn down place I have ever seen. I was afraid t o touch any thing and the ceiling was about to burst with water the entire bathroom ceiling . I can not believe I t s running. It needs to be torn down ans rebuilt its probably giving provo at an all time high... I guess if u ou want to be in hotel that looks like a horror book , 1⁰」

「We absolutely love it!」

「It’s a great location. I felt very safe.」

「I absolutely loved it. I’ve never stayed at an inn before. I don’t even want to tell you how perfectly quaint it was cause I don’t want it to always be booked when I want to go stay again. Might be our new yearly sister trip tradition.」

「Clean and comfortable」

「Awful service never experienced such disgust with Marriott specifically front desk employee Manu (((( rude, unprofessional, no class, no ethics or basic knowledge of how to represent Mariott. Every single small question , or need was answered with nasty attitude, rudeness and unprofessional attitude. 4 of the families staying with us were treated same way and I complained to her manager but not sure if she was taken care of. She ruined our stay as somehow she was almost every day working there.」
