"Great stay aside from the checkout experience. We requested a late checkout when we checked in and the lady at the front said we could check out at 1. The next day around 12:15 we got a call to our room saying we were supposed to be checked out already. We explained we received a late checkout and the lady at the front was very combative and rude saying she didn’t see any evidence of that. The lack of communication wasn’t her fault but her attitude towards us was very hostile and stained what was otherwise a great stay."

"This place needs help...pool was out of order...ice machine was out of order and u plugged...there was NO breakfast in the lobby...all of the artwork had been removed from the room...the TV reception was very grainy/hazy...for our room with 2 queen beds, there was one bath mat, one hand towel, 2 bath towels and NO wash cloths (good thing it was only my wife & I staying)...upon checking in our fridge wasn't working and the staff/"family" offered to change rooms to upstairs "since you checked in 'so' late" (6pm) rather than have someone check it out (BTW it was unplugged)...there was a vehicle on blocks in the parking lot and it appeared to be having serious mechanical work done to it...I doubt VERY seriously these people could even spell the word "Hospitality" let alone give any idea of the word's meaning! WOW...I think you're in the wrong business! The ONLY positive thing about our stay was that the A/C worked VERY well and we didn't see any expected bugs!😳 I will never book with Expedia again...three strikes, you're out!"

"The property is being renovated, so there was a lot of construction. The parts that were done and the pool were so nice, very well maintained and cozy. The room was great! Definitely need more food options which I’m sure there will be once renovations are done. Planning on coming back next summer."

"It was very affordable and overall a good stay but the walls are absolutely paper thin. We were on the third floor and the people above us would not stop stomping around the entire times we stayed. They were still going at it at 1am some nights. Also with it being so close to the road, it would have been nice to have thicker windows so that we didn't have to constantly hear traffic. It's a good place if you're looking for somewhere to just sleep for a couple nights. There was even a fitness area but nothing super fancy. We'd stay again but maybe on a top floor."
