ヒルクレスト ホテル

「wonderful」

「The room was very comfortable. The only disappointing thing is that the homepage The front desk clerk said there was a regional shuttle (up to 16 miles) but it wasn't available on Saturdays. If Saturday is not available, it would be kind of you to write so.」

「Property was not as clean or well maintained as other comfort inn hotels. Breakfast was not as good as others either. Bed and sheets were excellent.」

「I will try to find another hotel next time.」

「Loved the front desk staff, we arrived late and they did not get notice we were traveling with pets so they upgraded our room at no charge to accommodate us! Beds were comfortable, breakfast was ok, room was clean, nice safe area. Would stay again!」

「朝食込みで予約して、支払い済みなのに、朝食の時にスタッフから露骨にチップを要求され、嫌な思いをしました。 街中なので、歩き回るにはとても便利なロケーション、部屋も清潔ですっきりしていました。」

「Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast selection and A/C worked fine.」

「Has potential to be really nice once renovations are done. In the meantime, motel is in terrible condition. Seems like animals and vagrants are staying in rooms with no doors or left unlocked and open. Would not stay here again.」

「The staff was very helpful and nice but the hotel itself was very disappointing. It looks nice when you pull in but the smell when you walk in is horrible so much that it permeates into the room. It’s sketchy as well! We walked out to get our stuff and there were homeless ppl outside by the entrance doors. The walls are paper thin and we could hear ppl outside until 1 in the morning. We couldn’t sleep so we left in the middle of the night! I would never stay here again!」

「Good for stay with dogs」
