The house was clean and satisfactory. The host need to get back to people sooner when their is a problem. We had a problem with the door lock and they never responded for 5 hours. We just figured it out ourselves. The towels were still wet in the cupboard so we reset them ourselves. My bed was great it was brand new. They might want to consider putting mattresses covers on them to keep them clean for others. As someone who runs a hotel people can have accidents and that is a big safety net.
