「Perfect place if your looking to getaway for the weekend to unwind; Penny Lane was just the right size for a family of 4. The kids enjoyed walking to the lake for some fishing and enjoyed their time outdoors. We'll definitely be coming back to visit. Ragan and Andy were great hosts and were either a phone call away or making their rounds on the property if we needed anything. 」

「This gem is tucked away in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. The host is a great communicator and we felt like we were living our best life! Swimming in the private pool at sunset, every amenity and then some at our disposal and restful sleep. We enjoyed great proximity to museums, Austin and the cute town of Smithville. Would return for sure!」

「This was the cutest little place we could have picked to stay. Me and my husband are locals and we're getting away for one night for our anniversary while my mother babysat our kids. This was the perfect pick!!!This cottage has so much character and history. It was beautiful inside and out. The location was amazing. We walked over to downtown Round Rock in the evening. It was gorgeous! The only complaint we had was that there was a lot of noise from Main Street specifically in the morning but...

「Stay was amazingly peaceful. Enjoyed the property and ability to stay close to Austin but not in Austin. Cooked steaks on the grill and the house had everything we needed to have a great meal with friends.」

「We needed a place near Bass concert hall for rehearsals and this place was a life saver. The price is better Han a hotel and it was just big enough for me and my daughter. Super cute- 2 bedroom. Close enough to walk to HeB or the Hyde park market- or Curra’s grill- Hyde park grill- etcWas a fun location to go for long walks.I felt safe enough. It looked great for dogs but we didn’t have our dogs this trip.I’d stay here again. 」
