「The hotel was generally very average. The biggest issue was their shower. It was extremely slippery—like it had not been rinsed well or it was coated with something. Got in the shower/tub and immediately felt like it was a balancing act. Wasn’t washing my hair. Finished up very carefully and then went to get out—very carefully—and darn near fell flat. I have very good balance, so this was not normal. When I left, I went and told the guy at the front desk—same one that checked me in. I said I...

「Room needed cleaning upon arrival, bathroom tub was not cleaned. Unless you request the room to be made is done so otherwise they have a every other day cleaning policy, which means nor the red not shower is made or cleaned. Breakfast is very, very basic and not replenished. Having said that, the Coffee is wonderful, also the staff, brought all my issues to the front Desk and they took action to resolve them. 」

「Staff was very kind and helpful. Parking was great. Lots of stores and restaurants in the area. Small pool but it did the job. Breakfast was ok. Would stay here again 」

「Great room size and comfortable. Love open courtyard concept with fountains. Breakfast layout was little complicated to use when lots people. Very disappointed pool and hot tub not open. It was posted 9-9. We arrived 8 pm and all locked up. 」
