"The property is a good size for a larger family. Plenty of kayaks and a very large patio with a pool. It is conveniently located & only about a 10 minute drive to the state park entrance for tubing. You can kayak right from the back yard or paddle or walk over to the river beach which also had a park for the kids! The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. The down side is that the home is very dated which lead to not enough lights, broken cabinets and refrigerator shelves. The pool is not a salt pool so the chlorine is super strong which actually caused some skin irritation on many of us. With a little TLC it could be a 10/10 but for these reasons I would rate it 7/10."

"This home was beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our little getaway! Such nice amenities and the pool was awesome! Our dogs also enjoyed it! Jonathan was wonderful through the entire process. You will never meet a nicer host! This property is located conveniently close to all Rainbow River attractions, restaurants, Publix, etc. We will definitely be back!"

"We had an amazing stay! The property was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. Our family truly enjoyed our time there. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, from the fully equipped kitchen to all the amenities and utilities we needed. We especially loved the home’s décor—it made the space feel warm and welcoming—and the pier was a wonderful place to relax.Although we didn’t get the chance to use the kayaks, we did enjoy the fishing gear that was available, which was a great bonus. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We hope to come back again in the future. Highly recommend!"
