Beautiful grounds and gardens. Lovely croissants delivered each afternoon. Great location - walking distance to town, restaurants, parks, swimming. Breakfast served in addition to croissants. Onsite restaurant next door. Rooms were adorable but - needed extra towel racks, luggage racks were unavailable, but that is small compared to the quaint, quiet, and lovely setting. would stay here again! Loved!

Beautiful property. Room was great. Staff helpful. Location was amazing if planning on kayaking to three sisters or to see manatees. Everything you need is within a block or two walk. Breakfast was basically just cereal, yogurt, toasts. No hot/fresh proteins or fruit but there are places close by.

We arrived late in the evening. Had to rush through dinner or pay a 20$ late check in fee. Almost impossible to find the front desk due to it being at the back of the property and hardly any lightening. Wouldn't stay again

Beautiful courtyard with huge oak tree shading tables. Property right beside a park with kayak and other water craft rentals and a pier where people fish. Property was extremely clean. We enjoyed the eclectic art and design. Would stay here again.

room had a small fridge and a large closet rod, would have been nice to have microwave access on property and a safe in the room and a set of drawers. rainfall shower was a bonus. location was good if you wanted to see the manatees which the area is known for (they were rare in march, suggest if you want to see them to go in december) and is less than two hour drive to orlando and tampa theme parks. weeki watchee and the mertailer aquarium are within a half hour drive as well as archeological and other state parks worth visiting to spend your days. definitely go to the ice cream place a two minute walk from the resort for their chubby mermaid.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Retreat. It’s very conveniently located in the midst of the kings Bay Area in crystal river. There’s some nice really good restaurants within walking distance or a 5 minute drive. The place was super clean and the coffee maker in the breakfast area was first rate (fresh grind and brew for every cup). The only downside was no WiFi in our room (room 6). It was available right outside. We weren’t visiting for the WiFi, as all the outdoor experience and beautiful surrounding environment more than made up for that!! We’ll stay again for sure!

The room was updated and spotless. The staff was pleasant. We were comfortable. Our only negative was that they hold to a strict 3 pm check in so we spent several hours waiting and honestly the hotel did not appear to be that busy.

The hotel is in a charming section of town, a block from the river and within walking distance of Three Sisters Springs and places to eat and rent watercraft. The room was clean, and the staff kind and helpful. The breakfast was basic but adequate. Our only complaint is that the bed was squishy, making it difficult to sleep.

This quaint and well maintained hotel has a manicured courtyard that leads to each room. The outdoor areas provide tranquil seating while the room was large and well appointed. The staff was great and very welcoming. The continental breakfast was ample. The location is excellent and walking distance to everything Crystal Springs has to offer.

The room was spotless and we enjoyedd our stay. The croissants each day was a nice surprise. It is close to resturants and sites to see the manatees. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to explore Kings Bay in Crystal Springs.

Room was beautiful. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Would absolutely stay there again loved that after a day of sightseeing when you come back to the room, there were fresh pastries hanging on your door ! Awesome!

You're paying for LOCATION here mostly!! This little inn is convenient to King's Bay and other spots in Cystal River. The bed(in a "deluxe King room") was horrible. A really thick foam mattress topper was not comfortable AT ALL. $150 'security deposit' was required upon check in...because the room had some nice furniture in it. On the plus side -each morning a bag with croissants was attached to the door..that was nice. Pricey for the accommodations offered IMO, but walking distance to everything downtown. Amy's Cafe' was wonderful and their staff is delightful!

Very clean, upscale design, lovely grounds and excellent location. Small refrigerator, in the room, but no coffee maker. They offer a nice breakfast area, near the office which is accessible and has coffee. They provided fresh croissants, in a bag hanging on our door in the morning, which was a nice touch.
