"The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The pool was closed for most of our stay. The laundry facilities were horribly overpriced- $3.75 per load to wash or dry ONLY. To wash and dry a full load it was $7.50. At other hotels I frequent, the price to wash or dry is $1.50 - $2.00. The staff were great and the room was clean, but due to the other things I listed, I won’t book another stay there. "

"What a special place! The house was very thoughtfully appointed, and it was nice not to have to run out for little things. It even came stocked with a good variety of ice cream! The host, Daniel, was excellent and helpful. We love the great view over a pretty little park. It has had some lovely additions since our last stay, including a nice new bathroom with another rain shower. Since the changes though, it is necessary to go through either of the downstairs bedrooms to get to the back yard area, so plan accordingly. We appreciated dogs being welcome! "

"While the house is not on the river, it's very close. River access is less than 5 minutes away. The house was very clean and comfortable. There were lots of places to relax. The kitchen was well stocked. Communication with the host was excellent. We will definitely stay again."
