"Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and the house met all our needs. The property is located in a wonderful location with a fantastic view of the river. Easy access to launch a kayak, paddleboard or take a swim. The house had everything we needed and the large dining room table and shuffleboard table off the living room area made for a great place to hang out and entertain. We love that the house is an older style cabin that has been renovated. The main bedroom mattress was too soft for our taste, but that's a personal preference item. The only note of caution is the railing configuration for the stairs and inside balcony could be hazardous to small dogs and children, but we made it work with our older little dog by blocking her ability to go up the stairs. Because this is an older style cabin the bedrooms have an open ceiling configuration so noise can carry from one to another. Just informing future visitors --- none of these things would prevent us from staying here again! Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, plenty of space and the host is very friendly and very quick to respond."

"If I could give more stars, I would! Excellent location- only a 15 minute drive to Rainbow Springs. The house offers everything you need and more! Exceptionally clean and great host communication. My teenage sons enjoyed the kayaking and fishing off the dock. I highly recommend staying here, especially with dogs. The fenced in yard was perfect and safe from river access. This was a great value and choice for a weekend getaway."

"Great house, great location. Easy rental process. The bathrooms are fine but a lil less private since all doors are shared. They have both gas & charcoal grills. They have both Keurig and drip coffee makers. The kitchen is well stocked so if you forget something they will most likely have it. We will definitely stay again! Enjoy!!"

"Hosts thought of everything! Check-in and take inventory before you head out to purchase supplies, because the hosts have so much already covered. Check-in communications were prompt, check-out was specific and easy. Cleanliness, 10 out of 10. Staying in this house for a peaceful week did not feel like staying in a rental, but absolutely a home away from home. Gorgeous and well planned and maintained home, in a small, beautiful, and quiet neighborhood, where you get the sense that they pay attention, and yet you enjoy complete privacy, with host nearby. Never met Chris, but he is a great host. The pool and outdoor area is absolutely gorgeous. The back pool view is mostly wooded, and very peaceful. Not fenced, but has a large yard that is great for dogs that don’t hunt. (Saw a female wild turkey this afternoon walking out of the wooded area through the backyard). I can’t imagine ever staying here and regretting the investment. Totally worth it. This is a premier home and a premier host."
