Brilliant location to explore the island: close enough to Palma and some incredible beaches/supermarkets etc. Sergio is super reliable and had great communication throughout the whole trip. "We were a group of 10. 6 adults ,5 children ranging from 1 to 15. We all went together to celebrate a 1st birthday and a 70th birthday. The villa was the perfect place, lots of space for everyone and plenty of room for a quiet space whenever it was needed. Lovely grounds with lots of space for the children to run round and have fun. "A lovely villa in a fabulous location, with views to die for. We loved the eclectic mix of antique furnishing and the numerous seating areas around the property. Ants...as other reviews, quite easily dealt with The small village of Banyalbufar was perfect for our needs and provided enough bars and restaurants for a stroll down the hill for supper...a little tougher going back up... lighting along the path would help. A delightful place to chill and take in the views."

"We absolutely loved this villa, it was the perfect place to relax. Antonia and her daughter communicated everything we needed right from the beginning. "Initially we were a little worried following the gravel/dirt road to the finca, however we shouldn't have been worried. The finca is set within its own grounds with the nearest neighbour some distance away and never going to disturb you. There is a large deep swimming pool with grass surrounds and a sunbed area. "The villa was absolutely lovely. Very modern, and if you love to cook, it has everything you need! Bedrooms all on 1 level which is great. Pool was in great shape. Owners stopped by and made sure we had everything we needed. We brought our baby and they had a stroller, crib, baby bath and car seat waiting for us. Would return in a heartbeat!"

"Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche in dieser Finca und es war schlicht perfekt! Wer die Ruhe sucht, fernab vom Trubel der Touristenorte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Finca sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern und die Küche ist mehr als gut bestückt. Es fehlt nichts. Inés ist eine ganz tolle Vermieterin, unkompliziert, pünktlich und äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir wieder mal auf Mallorca sind, werden wir sicher wieder in dieser Finca wohnen. Absolut empfehlenswert!"

"This is a very nice mountain cottage with excellent terrace (and wi-fi!). Charming situation with walks to local villages. The 25 minute drive up from Biniaraix is longer and more difficult than expected, with some difficult turns and ending on an unpaved forest track. We ended up avoiding doing it as much as possible - although the walk up on the path from Fornalutx takes about 45 minutes and involves climbing 350m! I’d recommend bringing all your food and drink for your stay and relaxing...

"The staff was very good, the property was beautiful and quiet. They had breakfast that was a really great buffet every morning. They had a nice pool and a beach are with two bars that served food as well as drinks. The spa had great services for reasonable prices. The surrounding area was like a beach resort with lots of shopping, restaurants and bars. It was very multicultural and there were many options for transportation."
