Great place to stay in Mallorca

My favorite hotel on Mallorca. Big room with sofa. Clean bathroom. Nice balcony with view of the pools. All inclusive with good food. Good service and friendly staff. Further down the street towards the beach the street is a real lively party street with a lot of drunk people, but at the hotel the street is calm and you are not bothered by the party people. I missed English speaking channels on TV.

Great family trip

Great family trip. Rooms are lovely and clean and bathrooms are particularly nice. Food is good for an all inclusive with plenty of choice. Only reason I'm scoring this 4 and not 5, is that balcony of the room we stayed in had no view whatsoever and overlooked the back of another building.

The one thing that impressed us the most is the the staff, regardless of rome/function, they are friendly, nice, appear to be happy and like their jobb. Noticed that the hotel has adjustable height beds, I assume from what I saw, to spare housekeeping staff backs, if so, wonderful to see!

The hotel is very nice. Very comfortable big room. Spacious common areas. Food is very good. Main swimming pool is too small for the number of guests staying at the hotel. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Location is not good - extremely noisy street with many bars and drunk people - not safe to walk towards the end of the day

Fine but a few issues

Room was great and staff were lovely. I had issues with the room tv, remote issue was resolved but all of the channels listed didn’t work. Gym was only open between 8am-8pm, equipment was quite limited (only 4 pairs of dumbbells - 2, 4, 6 and 8kg). The floor was all slippery tile and only super thin mats were available.
