"was extremely disappointed and frankly disgusted to find explicit adult content available on the hotel TV—not only in the adult section, but also mixed into the regular drama category. This is completely inappropriate and not something I’ve ever encountered at any hotel before. It made the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Hotels should ensure that their entertainment menus are clearly separated and that explicit content is never placed where families or unsuspecting guests might come across it. This experience significantly impacted my stay in a negative way."

"Awesome hotel to book the night before your international flight back home. They have a free shuttle to Haneda Airport. Hotel is awesome with a fifth floor restaurant and bar. Two laundry rooms (3rd and 5th floors), a cafe, bar, and restaurants on the first floor. The property is a bit confusing as you pull in as it does not say Tokyo Skyfront Hotel anywhere. It says “Warehouse REI Hotel.” There is a 7-eleven within a 2 minute walk. About a 15 to 20 minute walk to the train to get into other parts of Tokyo. This is not a busy area at all. Very industrial. Which was a nice way to wind down our trip. Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff spoke English and were friendly. Waterfront views from some of the rooms. Overall all a fantastic stay with late checkout available. "

"The room was not like the pictures at all. Kinda old, but clean. It was said that it was possible to have access to the washing machines but what they didn't told was that its just a portion of the rooms (probably the expensive ones) have access to it. But we got an amazing stay either way."

The breakfast service was so slow, was it because we didnt have a coupon for the free breakfast? The beverage lounge was almost non existent service, we had to get up to find a server. "
