「From start to finish, this place is flawless! Shouldn’t have expected anything less from Miss Dolly, but it was an absolute delight to stay here. Room was spotless, comfortable, and fresh. Minutes away from Dollywood, by trolley or car. You may pay a little more to stay here, but for the experience, the service, the perks - you won’t find a better option in the area.」

「Amenities are excellent. Front guard gate staff were very kind, helpful. Check in was easy. We had several issues in our room, brought them to the attention of the front desk 4 times throughout 2 days. Each time it appeared that we were bothering them with no action taken.
