「Love the whole entire concept! My grandson who loves trains was in HEAVEN! All the little details in the train and outside were absolutely perfect!!! If there was a negative it would be that the back area isn’t completely fenced in. When you have small kids close to that busy road it’s dangerous BUT the train, the cleanliness, accessibility and easy check in/out was on point!!! WAY TO GO!!!」

「This was a comfortable place- not close to downtown at all and not in the best part of town from what we experienced. But we’re fine. And don’t suggest anyone staying alone- felt safer with a male guest we had. Bring your pillows. The beds had the latest pillows and I had to go buy my own to have a decent nights sleep. 「The rv was perfect for us. Great location with the tranquil creek running by the back of rv. We barbecue and used the fire place outside. The rv was very cozy and the bed was very comfortable. We will like to come back.」

「We were very pleased with the location, customer service and accommodations at Rivercation. For our large group, everyone had a bedroom with their own bathroom. We were all impressed with the house and all it had to offer. Situated on the river was wonderful- relaxing to sit and listen to the water and a convenient spot to fish. It is about a 30 minute walk to the Gatlinburg Convention center (about 1 1/2 miles). Blake was responsive and helpful with messages. We would definitely stay here...

「Great place for a family weekend trip. We enjoyed our stay. The house is an old house, but they have done a great job of updating it. It was clean and comfortable. The back deck had a lot of tree debris and the hot tub was a little green so we didn’t get in it, but we enjoyed the house and fire pit. Also, it is too far up a steep mountain/hill to walk to town and the park, but it’s within 5 miles from everything you need or want.」
