"Brand new hotel. Spacious suite, friendly staff, easy area to navigate for food and shopping. The surrounding area is under construction for new shops surrounding the hotel, but overall the area is great and the hotel itself is a great place to stay."

"Everything was amazing, everyone was very nice and we even got to check in a little early which is always a win. The only thing we struggled with was the bed. It was terribly hard which im sure some would love but it killed me hips. Breakfast was great as well. "
"Staff very polite, friendly and informative! Clean rooms with great beds which is needed after climbing the stairs to get in the many slides at the waterparks! Room service had great pizza deal after 4 pm and the shuttle took us to both waterparks and it ran continuously so no long waits! Also we were close to all the stores we wanted to shop at in our off time! Will be going back!"
The Park Vista - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel - Gatlinburg
10/10 Excellent
"We love staying at the Park Vista. It was quiet and clean. The rooms was spacious. The bed seemed old and a little broken down so it was not the best bed. We slept okay.
The parking fee was $15/night. It used to be $10/night so that disappointed us."
