「They unit was clean all appliances were in good condition as well as the furnishings. The heating and cooling systems fan was noisy but provided comfortable temperature levels quickly. Instructions for operation of the TV would be helpful it went to a blank screen or froze multiple times. The stay was enjoyable and the items mentioned above were not something that would prevent a return or a recommendation.」

「This being only our second time to be in Gatlinburg, we were not sure what to expect. The condo was perfect for what we needed. The view was great and we had a chance to see a beautiful big black bear down below our balcony which was exciting to see. Our visit to Gatlinburg could not have been any better.」

「Nice location with beautiful views of Smokey mountains. A bit of a narrow winding road to get to it. Bedrooms were very nice and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is small but serviceable. Kitchen pots and pans and utensils limited but ok for basic dinners (spaghetti, etc). Overall satisfying and a great value. 」

「The Golf Vista 141 is a very nice unit and is has a very convenient location for everything in the area. We were there during a very slow period and definitely between seasons, this is what made the stay odd for us. There are only 14 units at the location which makes it very nice and definitely less crowded than other stays we have had. It was unusual to feel like we were the only guests there for 2 of the 4 nights of our stay. The unit itself is very nice and has plenty of room for 4-6...
