Somewhere between 12-14 hours before check in they FINALLY sent the check in information.ROOM: It's up a flight of steep stairs that was not mentioned in the description. While the pictures make the apartment look nice, it was far from it. The bathroom had no heat blowing in it and the walls were ice...

Peeling paint, moldy bathroom, water-swollen cabinets that can’t close, beds that sleep like hammocks, etc. The usual just-paint-over-it approach to maintenance abounds, including over switches, blinds, tile, and door handles. Hosts took several days to respond to basic requests like towels. "
