"Host was very friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and simple, exactly what I needed for this trip, and everything seemed clean and easy to navigate. There is an excellent pizza place down the street and the building wasn't far from the subway or from buses. Had a great experience and would stay again!"

"Toilet bowl was dirty. Water was turned off for 5 hours on our second day, air conditioner was old and not working properly. The staff was very helpful, but owners should invest in it, ideal location to stay in NYC."
