「I liked nothing - I landed this morning from a red-eye, walked into the room. Despaired because I needed to take a shower before a meeting. Took a shower, left the property and booked at a more reliable hotel. Honestly, seeing the door needing repairs from looking like it was broken into, etc. Terrible. Would not go back.」

「I am so satisfied with my stay here. The prices are by far the best in all of the Cleveland area. The staff has been extremely helpful and supportive throughout. There are a large handful of food options within a few miles. And it’s literally right off of the highway. I would recommend this place to everybody. Thank you Willow Lodge!」

「Basic no perks」

「Sheet, pillow, and blanket are all smelly and dirty. The sofa bed had several spot and a very big yellow stain (looks like urine!) Talk to the staff and they said they don't have another one to replace. The bathtub corner has mold on it. Carpet is very dirty. The shower gel bottle is empty and staff said the vendor no longer provide show gel!!! Everything sucks. But the breakfast seems not bad. This hotel is NOT clean.」

「Paint was peeling off the ceiling tub floor was dirty. For a handicap room surprise that it had a tub and not a walk in shower When I checked in. Clerk showed me my room on a floor plan with people behind me that could see where I was staying. That made me a little nervous.」
