「Wonderful stay for my son and his friends at Mindy's place! Everything was clean, she had all the supplies you needed and the use of two fire pits and a gas grill. Mindy dropped off extra cofffwe when we were checking in and asked if we needed anything at all to make our stay better. 「We absolutely loved this property. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our week long stay. We were in town for a softball tournament. Grand Park is about 7 minutes away and Kokomo about 30 minutes away. The owners were super friendly. I loved having room to spread out, being able to cook my own meals, talking on the porch and watching the fireflies at night and petting the donkeys. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「I booked a property through VRBO from November 27 to December 1, 2024, for a family Thanksgiving gathering. Upon arrival, we found the house to be in an unacceptable condition, far from what was depicted in the listing photos. The fridge, countertops, and stove had old, crusted food, there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout, and layers of dust covered various surfaces.
