"Overall great experience. Brenda helped me plan my engagement, from the dinner reservation, to the surprise photographer, to the room decoration. Very attentive room service, we were checked up on every 3-4 hours to see if we needed anything. You could either call or place your order in the app which makes it convenient. Depending on the order, it usually took 25-50min for an order. It’s not a loud party resort, but still fun. When you get to the lobby/shop area, you do notice more attentiveness to white people than minorities. While waiting for my car, I called a young tall male with slick back hair 3 times and he completely ignored me, even walked past me. That’s one of the only complaints from the whole stay. Room service excellent (food is fine), house keeping excellent, cleanliness at the resort is excellent. If you want to eat somewhere nice outside of the resort, I do recommend Tamarindos, only a couple minutes away. Would book again! Food 4/5 Staff 5/5 "

"Wow is an understatement for our experience with the property and staff of Luxe Mex; Marion, Osanu, Carlos, the chef, the Sioux chef, house staff. From the coordination before I left home to the finishing touches on every dinner and celebration we could not have been more thrilled with our experience! "We just returned from an unforgettable stay at Casa Elena in Puerto Los Cabos, and it exceeded all expectations. We were a group of 12—2 adults, a 2-year-old, and 9 teens ranging from 13 to 18—and this house worked beautifully for everyone.The layout is ideal: four of the five bedrooms open up to the pool area, including three rooms with king beds and one with two twins, perfect for the teens to spread out. The fifth bedroom is inside the main house and features two queen beds, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy. The living area and kitchen are massive—perfect for hanging out, cooking, and lounging.The location is right on the fairway, which was perfect for our three 18-year-old boys who golfed daily. Tip: definitely rent a golf cart—it made all the difference. We used it to drop the boys at the clubhouse, explore the neighborhood, and cruise over to the beach club (which is stunning) and even the Ritz for sunset cocktails.The pool at Casa Elena is about 3 feet deep—perfectly safe for our toddler and surprisingly great for our teens to cool off in between beach club visits.
